Mar 26, 2008 GEXA ENERGY complaint by Willhous |
I tried to sign up with Gexa because of their advertising about low rates. They wanted me to send them $400 to secure my account . Or submit to a credit check. My credit score is 785 , so I know my credit is good. Gexa said my credit was "insufficient data history" , therefor they wanted a deposit of $400. I ran a "free" credit check with Experian (the credit bureau that gave me bad marks) and my credit said excellent. Gexa ran my credit again with the same results as before. After reading what other people wrote about Gexa , I am not going to change over..
Beware
