Gexa Energy Electricity Plan Review

I've been with Gexa for 11 years and they've always been pretty good! Until today... My electricity has been cut off I called to have them restore it but they wouldn't unless I paid full amount... I am going through some tough times right now you'd think they would cut you some kind of slack....

Termination Fee Review

I recently changed electric providers, leaving Gexa. Upon starting my new service I was charged by Gexa a early termination fee of 150.00 for less then 11 days. No supervisor would talk to me, to important to answer phone. I did concider coming back after this néw service ends, but have serious reservation knowing how they conduct their businesses
