Gexa Energy Electricity Plan Review
I've been with Gexa for 11 years and they've always been pretty good! Until today... My electricity has been cut off I called to have them restore it but they wouldn't unless I paid full amount... I am going through some tough times right now you'd think they would cut you some kind of slack....

I didn't like
I just changed over (my mistake) and was charged $9.95 service charge. When I called I was told to take the $9.95 off the bill because I had only had the account for a few days. Now they are adding it back onto my bill and I can't get any one of the incompetent staff...Read more
